David Laperrière

David Laperrière

BSc PT, Kinesiologist

David Laperrière graduated from the Université Laval Kinesiology program in 2002. Having a keen interest in the evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, he began a second program in physiotherapy at Université Laval, where he graduated in 2006. During his studies, he worked as a kinesiologist while evolving as a runner in the Rouge et Or athletics club. It was during this period that he began to get involved with several sports teams and gather extremely vigorous tools which now enable him to have a practice-oriented approach in order to prescribe specialized exercises. David emphasizes a holistic view of the individual and is a fervent advocate of active therapy. With two specialized degrees, involvement in clinical research, and academic experience as an athlete, he is considered an expert in coaching, physical activity and sports injuries.
