Jean-françois Esculier
B.Sc. PT
Jean-François Esculier graduated from the University of Ottawa physiotherapy program. Passionate about sports and orthopaedics physiotherapy, he quickly improves his skills in those fields by taking several specialized courses and by working on the field with competitive sport teams and in many events. Being a great sports adept since his early years, Jean-François’ experience guides him through his interventions, which combine efficiently the active therapy approach by exercises prescription and manual therapy. Furthermore, his frequent scientific literature reviews give him the opportunity to gather new findings and incorporate them to enhance his practice, always maximizing his interventions’ efficacy. Presenting a real interest in running injuries, he decides to get involved in clinical research and works in the prevention and treatment of injuries in several popular running events in the greater Quebec city region. This combination gives him the abilities to help recreational runners as well as elite athletes.
